Founded in 1988, we are a well-capitalized, privately owned real estate investment firm with an existing portfolio of assets in excess of $400 million.  Our primary focus is adding value to real estate through strategic acquisition, land development, vertical development and structured financing.  Product types include office, industrial, medical, retail and hospitality as well as single and multi-family residential.  Current markets include Chicago, Kansas City, Indianapolis, Madison/Milwaukee, Michigan, and the San Francisco Bay area.
