Our growing intellectual property law firm is in need of an experienced patent prosecution paralegal. Our boutique intellectual property law firm with offices in southeastern Wisconsin and northern Illinois seeks an experienced patent paralegal. Candidate must possess 2+ years in patent filing and prosecution matters, foreign and domestic. Familiarity with patent rules and regulations, along with experience using the USPTO and WIPO websites is necessary. The position requires docketing of all incoming communications, as well as monitoring and managing all deadlines. Attention to detail, keen organization and word processing skills are crucial. Strong communication skills are also helpful assets. The position includes a competitive salary and benefits package and requires a degree at a Bachelor or Associate level with paralegal certificate or equivalent.
