JDH, Inc. is a construction consulting that will provide accurate and impartial services that go above and beyond the expectations of each client and their requested actions at the highest level of professionalism and service.  JDH's team members are talented professionals with backgrounds in construction management.  Together, they provide decades of experience in building damage evaluation (excluding structural components), cost estimating, Invoice analysis, damage assessments of buildings, Infrared moisture mapping, Roof surveys, Rough order of magnitude estimates, Conceptual estimates and Repair and replacement estimates in several formats, including Xactimate.  Company wide we have worked on thousands of projects throughout the nation, assisting with damages from Wind, Fire, Vandalism, Water (Flood & Pipe Breaks), Hail, Tornado, Construction Defects, Hurricanes and Asbestos.  

We enhance our construction expertise with state-of-the-art equipment to expedite the process both in the field and in the office and up-to-date industry knowledge on methods, materials, and pricing.  Continuing education is an important aspect of this industry and at JDH, we are always looking to further JDH’s knowledge by attending continuing education that is pertinent to this industry, to provide our clients the advantage to stay ahead of the contractors, public adjusters and building / property owners.

Additionally, currently our employees are members of American Society of Professional Estimators, and hold certifications with the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration) as a Water Restoration Technician (WRT), Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) & Odor Control Technician (OCT), as well as with HAAG as a Certified Roofing Inspector for both Residential and Commercial systems and Wind (HCI R/C # 201312165), Asbestos as Project Manager, Supervisors, and Inspectors (Varies by state in the Midwest) and the OSHA 10 Hour Construction Program.
