Jennic Property Solutions was relocated to its current location in Kernersville in 2010.  Their office is located in a Historic Building in Downtown area.
Jennic Property Solutions is currently managing single family homes which includes condos and townhomes.  We are a small women owned business so we are able to make our services more affordable than the larger companies and still offer the same quality service.  Owner Sharon Dawson has been in the real estate industry since 1989 and specializes in helping first time homebuyers
