JESCO, or Jubail Energy Services Company, is an oil and gas industry company based in al Jubayl, Eastern Saudi Arabia. It was established in 2006 as a TAQA subsidiary to manufacture seamless pipes in Jubail 1 Industrial Area and to integrate pipe fabrication with TAQA's existing oil and gas services. The ownership structure is 51% by TAQA, 10% by Duferco Saudi Ltd, with the remaining shares held by other prominent Saudi investors. The company employs between 501 and 1000 people. At full production capacity, it was planned to produce 400,000 metric tons per year of seamless steel pipes and to employ about 700 people.
