Growth Opportunity Mid‑sized logistics player with revenue likely between low and mid nine figures given the 1M‑10M range and lean employee base. Potential upsell to integrated tech and capacity solutions to scale operations for e‑commerce fulfillment, cross‑docking, and regional distribution.

Tech Modernization Current tech stack includes basic web and UI frameworks with legacy tools (MooTools, SWFObject) and standard Office 365. Opportunity to propose modern TMS/ERP integration, data analytics, and API‑driven visibility to gain efficiency and real‑time tracking for customers.

Capacity Flex With 11‑50 employees and a Wood Dale, IL base, there is potential to partner on regional freight brokerage, last‑mile, and warehousing services to support peak season demand and expand service footprint within the Midwest.

Competitive Positioning As a smaller player in a field dominated by global/logistics giants, there is value in differentiating through tailored service levels, flexible contract terms, and superior customer success to win mid‑market accounts seeking personalized attention.

Financial Upsell Revenue in the 1M‑10M range suggests opportunity for value‑add services such as freight audit and payment, capacity purchase programs, and multimodal optimization to improve margins and lock in longer‑term contracts with growing clients.
