Jiffy Lube® is dedicated to quality. It shows in the training of Jiffy Lube technicians, state-of-the-art equipment in each Jiffy Lube service center and the Jiffy Lube Pledge to customers:  Jiffy Lube will inform you of services that may be necessary during your visit. You make the final decision about which service(s) to purchase. 

 Jiffy Lube will recommend services based on manufacturer's time and mileage intervals for "severe" driving conditions. However, if you don't drive in "severe" conditions or your need more information about different driving conditions, simply let us know.  

 Jiffy Lube may recommend certain services based on other criteria if manufacturers do not make recommendations for them.  
 Jiffy Lube will never base fluid service recommendations on the appearance or smell of your vehicle's fluids. 
 Jiffy Lube will never charge you for services that you have not authorized or that were not completed properly. Please ask if you would like to see or receive your used parts; we will be happy to accommodate your request.
