For 40 years, JM Coull, Inc. provided professional Construction Management, Design-Build and General Contracting services throughout New England in a variety of commercial, industrial and specialty markets. In mid-2022, after looking carefully at the option of selling the business, the JMC Ownership Group made the decision to complete all on-going projects and eventually wind down and close the company. The "project completion" milestone was successfully finalized in Q-1 of 2023 and any warranty issues were addressed during the following year. Each and every employee who chose to continue their career in the construction industry were able to quickly and seamlessly move on to a new construction firm. A few others used this transition to move into different construction-related fields or away from construction altogether, and a few of us decided to retire. We worked with some of the most talented people, the most loyal clients and the most dedicated and professional industry partners (subs, suppliers, architects, engineers, and others too numerous to name) on some incredibly important projects and for that support, we are eternally grateful!
