Job1USA is positioned as the sourcing channel manager and primary sourcing vendor for your organization’s labor staffing needs.

Our program is designed around the philosophy of providing you individualized recruiting and placement services that guarantees our dedication is solely on your company.  

Job1USA will provide services ranging from dedicated account management at our local branch to an On or Off-Location Coordinator with designated hours either at your facility or at a site office within proximity of your facility.  We will also follow an agreed upon implementation schedule at the inception of your program that will utilize the Job1USA Resource Team to build a pool of candidates and concentrate on recruiting and training the right candidate to fill the position.
