Since 1999, Jobs Partnership has been preparing people for life and work using Biblical principles. We are in the business of helping people thrive. Dignity, respect, and equality are at the core of what we do and how we serve. Forty-nine percent of Central Florida families struggle to meet basic needs, typically because of unemployment and underemployment. Job seekers want and need full-time career path jobs but are uncertain about how to find them. We come alongside job seekers and provide practical training helpful relationships and resources to prepare people for jobs that are in demand and offer career advancement. 

At Jobs Partnership, we are creating opportunities and restoring hope with LifeWorks – a free training course that bundles together job search skills, employment resources and opportunities for short-term skills training. LifeWorks teaches life skills for work. The course is an innovative combination of classroom training, coaching relationships, and access to resources. LifeWorks transforms how people look at their work and connects them with life-changing opportunities through our unmatched network of partners.
