JoCo Partners is the asset management division of a vertically integrated multifamily investment group that buys, renovates, manages and executes on strategic exit plans or long term hold decisions of value-add multifamily investments nationwide.  Our focus is to invest in high growth secondary markets and in "B" minus neighborhoods or better. Our expertise has allowed us to carve out a niche in major re-positioning plays within markets having proven upside. 
 
By having all services from acquisition to disposition under an umbrella of companies in-house, JoCo Partners is positioned to capitalize on economies of scale while maintaining intimate knowledge and decision making capabilities of each step in the investment cycle.
 
Our portfolio has expanded from a 7 unit acquisition in 2003 to approximately $188 million of assets under management (AUM), comprised of over 2000 units with current investments in Pennsylvania, South Carolina & Texas.
