Started in 1993 by John Feczko, we are a general practice law firm with a focus on accident litigation, personal injury litigation,  injured workers and workers' compensation insurance defense.  

Our practice is split between Plaintiffs' work as well as insurance defense. With our insurance defense practice, we are competitive with our hourly rates and offer 1st class service to our clients. The firm's Principal and Managing Partner, John J. Feczko, has been practicing law here in N.J. Since 1978.

The majority of our clients are referral based and we do not advertise. We represent workers injured on the job as well as uninsured employers statewide in New Jersey.  We handle everything from uninsured employers to employees injured in all technical and professional fields.  

Our firm has a regular presence in workers' compensation courts in Bergen, Passaic, Hudson and Morris Counties as well as in Superior Court. We regularly serve as arbitrators on uninsured/underinsured motorist arbitrations. We will appear statewide in any Workers' Compensation or Superior Court.
