Johnson Regional Medical Center is a community not-for-profit hospital based in Clarksville, Arkansas, serving the Arkansas River Valley and residents of Johnson, Franklin, Logan, Newton, Madison, and Yell counties. The 90-licensed-bed facility provides a full range of inpatient care and emergency services, including intensive care, labor and delivery, senior care, inpatient rehabilitation, and medical-surgical units. In 2013, the center completed a 35,000-square-foot expansion adding a modern emergency department, physical therapy department, enhanced radiology facilities, five surgical suites, and a redesigned registration area. Founded in 1922, the hospital operates as a community health resource with a focus on maintaining up-to-date equipment, programs, and physicians to serve its counties. In 2017, Johnson Regional Medical Center received the Door to Needle Award from AR SAVES Program for its performance in stroke care.
