Most of our attorneys have decades of expertise in oil and gas, and routinely assist clients in all areas, including state and federal trials and appeals, acquisitions and divestitures, condemnations, due diligence, energy loans, alternative dispute resolution, title examination, operations, liens, and oil and gas agreements. Our firm has handled numerous acquisition projects dealing with fee, state and federal lands, for domestic and foreign entities, ranging from small transactions to massive deals with total allocated values in excess of one billion dollars. Our firm has been at the forefront of recent seminal issues in oil and gas litigation, such as subsurface trespass by hydraulic fracture stimulation, measure of damages for surface damages, and pooling issues.
