Founded in 1994, the JWCI principals were committed to a plan of Quality Assurance and Control and are always actively involved in all projects.   In order to accomplish this, a true TEAM approach is used wherein the Design Engineer and the Survey Technician collect the field data on projects and then personally perform the design and CAD services with owner oversight.  This approach also enables the firm to provide the highest in Customer Service.
