Joseph Scott Homes is custom new home builder located in Racine, WI. We build new homes in Racine, Kenosha and Milwaukee counties. The company consists of 3 people, the 2 owners- Jim "Joseph" Fuchs and Mike "Scott" Lawrence and Jason Lawrence- Sales and Planning. We offer a more personalized experience than that of others, we are focused on giving each client a great building experience before, during and after the home is complete. We do this by limiting the amount of homes we build so that we can spend as much time as needed with each client. We use the same team of people on every home we build. We use and have used the same ingredients/products on every home, products we know well and have used in Our Personal homes. Jason does the design, planning and selections (meeting with clients as many times as needed, at the best available times for them). Mike and Jim the 2 owners, expedite each custom home and are on the home sites every day, very hands on. This ensures a great building experience/ customer service and a quality, built right home that will last.
