At the heart and soul of this company is the hero’s journey, not in the superhero sense, but in the sense that everyday leaders exhibit heroic qualities when discovered, developed and cultivated. Leadership is both a personal and business journey on the way to results and each presents its own adventures, challenges, opportunities, and dragons to be slain, resulting in a leader who is changed (sometimes profoundly) after each one.

As leaders lead through the unknown of the journeys they take, they need trusted confidants to provide unconditional acceptance whatever their journey stage, act as a sounding board, and support them on their journey.  When they find them, their journey shifts from one of fear to courage and belief, risk aversion to risk taking, self-questioning to self-empowerment, breakdowns to breakthroughs.
