Journeys Counseling Ministry started from the genuine need to assist churches and ministries with professional counseling.

Growing out of the heart and passion of Rev. Randy Powell and Dr.  Tim Moyers, the ministry was birthed as an idea back in 1991 and eventually incorporated in 1996 as a nonproft 501(c)3. Currently, we are working with over 15 churches in the Southern California area.

As Randy and Tim see it, Journeys has two purposes. The first is to train and mentor quality Christian therapists to serve the larger community whether with Journeys or another organization. Second, to provide quality professional Christian counseling to the community. Pastors and church members alike are concerned with the care they receive.
