Our industry is starting to learn about behavioral science, but it was 2004 when we began re-engineering our firm to deliver Behavioral Wealth Management. We realized our industry's "strictly by-the-digits" approach was broken. "More money" wasn't improving our clients' lives as they expected because money alone isn't the answer. USING it to build a meaningful, joyful, even extraordinary life - to us, that's the point.

And since we build our lives one choice at a time, we sought to help clients make better decisions. So our model merges superior wealth management with 

- Behavioral science (behavioral economics & finance, neurobiology, psychology)
- Expertise in stress & decisions to help mitigate their effects
- Navigating intricate life events (eg retiring, changing careers, selling a business, caring for relatives, transferring wealth)

We also applied our model to company operations, since investment pros also make major financial decisions under stress.
