It develops, builds, operates, and manages electricity generation facilities across wind, solar, hydro, biomass, biogas, and geothermal sources. By 2011, the company operated six wind parks and 21 photovoltaic plants, totaling 85 MW of installed capacity and supplying electricity to roughly 56,000 homes.

Since then, new wind and photovoltaic parks have been under construction with the aim of doubling installed capacity within the next two years. In September 2020, JP Energie Environnement began developing the Labarde solar project after securing a 35-year lease for a 600,000 square meter site, a project selected through France's CRE solar tenders. The company thus continues to pursue expansion in renewable energy assets.
