Started in 1960 by Jack Perkins, this family owned and operated business has been serving Scottsdale and its vicinity for over 50 years. We are the longest operating family owned business in the area and ALL of us at JR Perkins love to serve our neighbors, and we do our best to treate everyone like family.

Commercial buildings and restaurants were our initial customer base. That has since grown to include residential repairs and replacements. Air conditioning system diagnosis, repairs, ductwork design and remodeling, indoor air quality diagnosis, and complete system engineering and replacement are the mainstay of our current business.
