Launched in 2009, Jubilee JumpStart is an innovative early childhood center providing early education and the highest quality care for the city’s neediest children.  

Jubilee JumpStart is open year round, Monday - Friday from 7:30AM to 6:00PM. Our program is designed to provide continuous education in a nurturing environment to children from birth to 5 years old. This focus on birth to pre-k is designed to enhance the element of stability in children’s lives, while allowing them to build strong bonds with their teachers and peers. Meanwhile, Jubilee JumpStart develops equally strong bonds with children’s families as we partner with them to nurture the parent-child bond and ensure that families are supported and educated to recognize and fulfill their children's needs.

Jubilee JumpStart’s mission is to ensure that children are fully prepared for success in school and beyond by providing them with early education enriched by an intense focus on social and emotional well-being and practical support to their families.

A vibrant learning community, Jubilee JumpStart has two goals: to ensure that each child has the social, emotional, and cognitive skills to build a healthy, meaningful life; and to create a network of nurturing and supportive adults for children in the community by fostering the bonds between parent and child. 

Jubilee JumpStart empowers families to move up and out of poverty by helping children and parents to realize their educational and career opportunities.
