All our whole bean coffee is roasted with our unique ECO2Roast® process that eliminates 85% of the carbon emissions from the roasting process -- saving a pound of carbon footprint per pound of coffee roasted. (For every 1lb. (454 g) of ECO2Roast Coffee your carbon footprint reduction is equivalent to a 60 watt light bulb burning for 17 days.)
