Junior Tennis Champions Center (JTCC) is a nonprofit organization in the spectator sports sector focused on tennis education and high-performance training, based in College Park, Maryland. Founded in 1999, it initially provided elite instruction to motivated junior players pursuing college scholarships, and more than 300 alumni have earned over $24 million in athletic scholarships and aid to top universities. In 2009, the organization broadened its mission to 'Tennis for Everybody,' launching programs to reach underserved youth in Washington, D.C., a low-cost beginner adult program, and free weekly adaptive clinics for wheelchair athletes, Special Olympians, and military veterans. JTCC has been recognized by the United States Tennis Association as a model facility and program, earning Outstanding Facility awards in 2001 and 2013 and Program of the Year honors in 2013, 2017, and 2022. Operating in Prince George's County as a mid-sized nonprofit, JTCC balances elite junior training with broad community programming. In 2025 it appointed Andrew Rathmann-Noonan as Chief Development Officer to lead donor engagement and growth efforts.
