Just Business is a San Francisco–based firm focused on seed and early-stage companies that pursue social impact alongside viable business models. Founded in 2006, the firm began by incubating the nonprofit Not For Sale to address human trafficking and labor exploitation and has continued to back ventures pursuing positive impact. It emphasizes that mission-driven enterprises and for-profit models can be mutually reinforcing to drive inclusion and sustainability.

The company describes its portfolio as an ecosystem of ventures with intersecting missions and mutually beneficial relationships, akin to a next-generation keiretsu. The team brings more than five decades of collective leadership across startups and Fortune 500s in diverse sectors, and prioritizes hands-on collaboration over passive involvement.
