Kıta Logistics was founded in 1995 as a company that handles Land, Air, Sea Transportation, Integrated Logistics Management and Project Transportation services with a holistic approach. Focusing on international logistics solutions, it grew in a short time with infrastructure, capital and team investments. Towards the 2000s, Kıta logistics truck fleet reached 120 vehicles.
In the early 2000s, it expanded its service network by moving to Istanbul and started air transportation by obtaining IATA certification. In 2008, it realized its warehouse investment and Kıta Storage was established. 

As of 2022, it continued to increase its strength in the international arena by reaching 8 offices worldwide. Today, Kıta Logistics is able to offer comprehensive logistics services to its customers with its offices located in 6 different locations across Turkey, an airport branch and nearly 300 employees. Kıta Warehousing, which offers bonded, duty-free and free warehouse services, increased its warehouse area in the Hadımköy region to 24,200 square meters and its total warehouse capacity to 48,000 square meters with the new investment it realized in 2025. The brand, which also has offices in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Georgia has a strong international presence as a company with AEO and SQAS Certificates.
