Kababji USA is the first North American undertaking of Kababji, a Lebanese restaurant franchise formed in 1993 with over 30 locations throughout the Middle East and North Africa. Kababji USA's first location opened in late 2009 in Washington, DC near Dupont Circle. Kababji features authentic, healthy, and flavorful Lebanese cuisine in a casual environment. It is decorated in rich traditional colors and regional artifacts. Our signature orange brick charcoal burning grill, imported from Lebanon, perfectly captures the full flavor of our food.
