Located in historic downtown Kissimmee, we are only  25 min. from Disney, 30 min. from downtown Orlando and 1.3 hours from Atlantic Ocean beaches. We are walking distance to antique malls, restaurants, boutiques, Lake Toho and the Osceola County Courthouse.  It is a short drive to Osceola Regional Medical Center, Florida Hospital, Kissimmee Gateway Airport, the Advanced Sensor Manufacturing Center, Valencia College, and Osceola's Heritage Park. 

The wraparound porch and rocking chairs give you an inviting break from your busy vacation day.  You can enjoy the native plant infused landscape and spot hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees.  Blended with the landscape are sculptural butterfly and bird towers that have created ecosystems for hummingbirds, cardinals, monarch butterflies and more.  

Each room has en-suite bathroom with shower, Keurig coffee maker, mini-refrigerator, flat-screen TV and a sitting area with fold-out table/desk. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the property.   The front porch, front dining room, and front living room are shared guest areas. All of the guest rooms in the original Autrey house require walking up a single flight of stairs, since they are located on the second floor.  Although we do have pets on premises, they do not normally roam loose near the guest rooms or common areas.   Upon request, we will introduce you to Bandit & Banshee - our young Shih Tzu's in training.

We serve American style breakfasts with a twist.   This includes traditional breakfast, like bacon, eggs, sausage and corned beef hash - or for our more adventurous eaters, we will make you some goat-milk/wine sauced grits with sausage meatballs.  We can also make pancakes or waffles. Please let us know your dietary preferences and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
