Within seconds of starting a drive, the Carrier Network is notified by the Katasi system that an individual is driving, allowing the Carrier to limit texting and other distracting capabilities on the subscriber's mobile phone according to the subscriber's wishes. Those sending texts to you while you are driving are notified that your messages are being saved until you reach your destination. Within seconds of the drive ending, full function is restored and messages are delivered.
