Design/Engineering, Analysis, Testing & Balancing:
Our engineering staff has the capability to design your industrial ventilation system, from duct sizing and specification to equipment selection and specification.  Our analysis staff has the capability to test your systems, compare the results to the original system design specifications, and provide solutions for returning those systems to original design operating parameters.  Our testing and balancing staff will balance your existing system to ensure it is operating at maximum efficiency. 

Stack/Emissions Testing:
KBDTechnic routinely conducts stack tests for compliance demonstrations and provides you and your staff data for engineering evaluations of process or pollution control equipment.  Our testing capabilities include the measurement of particulate emissions and particle size distribution, including PM-10, sulfur oxides, nitrogen oxides, volatile organic compounds (VOC's), metals, acid gases, RATA's etc.

Industrial Hygiene Services:
Our IH division has the knowledge and experience to accurately characterize workplace exposures in any environment and remove uncertainty around worker protection and regulatory compliance. We can provide your team with a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) to deliver services tailored to the specific needs of your organization. Services provided include Workplace Exposure Assessments, Indoor Air Quality Assessments, IH Program Design and Review, Confined Space Profiles and Permitting, Laboratory Chemical Hygiene Plans, Asbestos Inspection/Testing, IH Training, OSHA Compliance, and many more.
