Expansion & Growth Kearys is Ireland's largest family‑owned motor group with 18 dealerships and recent openings, including a new BYD showroom in Clonakilty and expanded Cork footprint. This indicates ongoing geographic and brand expansion opportunities, especially in west Cork and surrounding regions for partner brands and service facilities.

EV Momentum Kearys has partnerships with EV brands (BYD, XPeng, Ohme charging) and recently expanded BYD representation in Cork, signaling growing demand for electric vehicles and charging solutions—an avenue for fleet sales, home and workplace charging packages, and aftersales EV services.

Ceremonial Prestige As a multi‑brand retailer representing premium brands like BMW and MINI alongside mainstream lines, Kearys attracts a diverse customer base. This presents cross‑selling and trade‑in opportunities across multiple brands, including high‑margin aftersales and warranty services.

Customer Experience Kearys emphasizes a no haggle, end‑to‑end Deal & Deliver service and a 12‑month vehicle warranty, plus recognition as a Best Workplace. This creates a compelling value proposition for remarketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and referral partnerships to drive repeat and inbound inquiries.

Community & Partnerships Strategic sponsorships with Cork Camogie and ongoing regional expansion imply strong local presence. Leverage these community ties for targeted local marketing, event activations, and corporate incentive programs to capture business fleets and local SMEs.
