Our services include, among other things, the ability to: -Contest OSHA citations and penalties -Design, develop, and implement risk management-based programs in general industry, construction, mining operations and transportation; -Conduct both broad and targeted compliance audits; -Prepare clients for the possibility of OSHA investigations; -Assist clients in the negotiation of informal settlement agreements and, where appropriate, litigate citations at the pre-trial, trial and appellate levels before the federal and state review commissions and courts; and -Represent clients as petitioners, and intervenors, in challenging or protecting Agency rules.
