Kenney & Sams, P.C. is a boutique litigation law firm representing individuals, businesses, and public authorities in disputes and risk management.  Although we are based in Boston, our clients are located throughout New England and across the U.S.  The Firm distinguishes itself from other law firms by the experience, accomplishment, and leadership of its attorneys.

We are a team of experienced trial lawyers who approach what we do for our clients as if we're building and presenting a case for the courtroom. We bring trial lawyer effectiveness to drafting or negotiating contract terms, analyzing insurance claims, mediating a dispute for a health care provider or investigating a product manufacturing concern.
