Key Skilled Personnel is a staffing firm serving Southern California with offices located in Covina, CA and Riverside CA.  KSP focuses on placing Clerical & Administrative, Skilled Production Workers, Industrial Maintenance & Technical Workers on a Contract, Contract to Hire, and Direct Hire basis. 

We have several areas of expertise and focus which include:
     1. Aerospace & Aviation - Key Skilled is registered with the FAA and a long-standing consortium partnership in place.  Our staff is trained and experienced to work according to ITAR requirements.  Our recruitment team is accustomed to sourcing for Aircraft Technician, Avionics, Airworthiness Inspectors, Aircraft Painters both in MRO and fabrication, Sheet Metal / Structural Mechanic.  
     2. High Speed Manufacturing & Machining Industry - We have over 40 years of combined experience sourcing for maintenance & technical positions to include Industrial Maintenance Mechanics, Technicians, PLC Troubleshooters & Programmers, Set Up Technicians, Welding & Fabrication and QA/QC personnel.  Our focus is working within the Food & Beverage Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, CNC & Conventional Machine Shops serving the Aerospace & Defense Industry, and Plastics & Metal companies. 
     3. Clerical & Administrative - We take pride in supporting our large and small clerical clients throughout Southern California!  Aside from our Call Center & Customer Support clients, we support the clerical & administrative needs of our manufacturing clients as well for Call Center, Order Processing, Customer Service & Support, Reception, AR/AP and Collections.
