In 2019 we added a new product type to our portfolio in the build-for-rent category.  This new concept is branded Havenly Communities.  The first community The Havenly Fountain Hills was a great success with strong lease-up performance and high satisfaction ratings with residents.  New communities now in development in the Phoenix DMA, N. AZ and soon adding New Mexico!
