Started in 1998, our founder, Justin Morrison began Kid Chess as an after school instructional company for children. We are now in scores of elementary schools throughout the city of Atlanta and it's greater suburban area. We work to show kids the fun of chess while teaching lessons that are important in life such as sportsmanship, problem solving, critical thinking, concentration, patience, attention span and other skills.

Our instructors are among an elite group chosen for either their chess playing ability and/or their ability to work with children, parents, and schools.

Kid Chess is the fastest growing chess company in the Southeast and one of Metro-Atlanta's most popular children's activities!
