kid-grit offers a holistic, research-based approach to developing the next generation of mindful leaders. We offer curriculum, mentoring, professional development, and wellness/leadership retreats for students and educators.

We are committed to nourishing every aspect of a child's being – intellect, emotion, and intuitions.

Through a combination of innovative curriculum, evidenced-based processional development, mentorship programs, and wellness retreats, we aim to impact the whole child. Our focus includes:
- Developing mindfulness and a growth mindset.
- Strengthening the body through nutritious food and movement.
- Fostering teamwork and community connections.
- Nurturing skills around social media and technology usage for a balanced approach to growth.
