Kings County Distillery, founded in 2010, operates in Brooklyn as New York City's oldest whiskey distillery since Prohibition, producing handmade moonshine and bourbon. The production takes place in the 115-year-old Paymaster Building within the Brooklyn Navy Yard, using New York grains and traditional copper stills to craft its whiskeys.
