Kingswood Custom Homes is a Luxury Home Builder serving the Charlotte, North Carolina and Charleston, South Carolina Markets. Kingswood Custom Homes was incorporated in North Carolina in 1996 and was founded by Peter D. Leeke, President, and Louise F. Leeke, Vice President.  

Kingswood employs Ten full-time employees at our headquarters in Pineville, North Carolina.  Since its’ inception, Kingswood has strived to not only be the best builder, but to provide the best customer service to our clients.  Over the years, we have not only refined the home building process, but we pride ourselves on the level of service we offer our clients.
