Kinhaven Music School is a nonprofit, ACA-accredited summer music school in Weston, Vermont, offering transformative, community-based programs for musicians of all ages. Founded in 1952, Kinhaven provides a collaborative, non-competitive environment where students grow artistically, socially, and personally through intensive chamber, orchestral, piano, and choral study. Our residential programs include: • Junior Session (2 weeks) – middle school students • Senior Session (6 weeks) – high school students • Young Artist Seminar – tuition-free chamber music intensive • Adult Chamber and Piano Workshops – for lifelong learners • Semester Program – music-focused high school term in partnership with Burr & Burton Academy Set on 31 acres in the Green Mountains, our campus features practice cabins, studios, a concert hall, pond, trails, and community dining. Students and faculty live and learn together, forming lasting connections grounded in shared music-making and mutual respect.
