Founded in 2007 to develop vascular technologies for the cardiac-surgical field, the company focused on creating and commercializing an external saphenous vein support system for coronary artery bypass grafting, known as eSVS MESH. Its intended customers were cardiac surgeons and the hospitals and clinics that perform CABG procedures, seeking devices to support vein grafts during surgery.

In 2015, the company terminated its eMESH I clinical feasibility trial after results from a new implant technique did not meet the level thought necessary to advance its U.S. regulatory plan. Shortly thereafter, on September 22, 2015, stockholders approved a voluntary plan of dissolution and liquidation, and on September 24, 2015 the company filed a Certificate of Dissolution with the Delaware Secretary of State and Form 15 with the SEC to suspend reporting requirements. These actions indicate that the company ceased operations and deregistered in the following period.
