The co-founders of Kiradjieff & Goode, Inc., Chip Goode and Laura Kiradjieff Goode are recognized as two of the country’s leading retained executive search practitioners. Focusing on building companies and developing long-term client partnerships, Chip oversees the development and consistent successful closure of client engagements. Laura is actively involved with leading the successful execution of our search engagements. She also plays a key role in our team’s ongoing quality metrics, professional improvement, and client retention. Together with their experienced partners Teresa Arent and Sue Pardus, they have developed a specialty in helping clients develop and execute successful strategies for growth, acquisition, diversification, or reorganization.
