The co-founders of Kiradjieff & Goode, Inc., Chip Goode and Laura Kiradjieff Goode are recognized as two of the country’s leading retained executive search practitioners. Laura is actively involved with leading the successful execution of our search engagements. She also plays a key role in our team’s ongoing quality metrics, professional improvement, and client retention. Together with their experienced partners Teresa Arent and Sue Pardus, they have developed a specialty in helping clients develop and execute successful strategies for growth, acquisition, diversification, or reorganization.
