In 2003 KJ Poultry has established their kosher processing plant in the New York State, Mid-Hudson Valley Region where we remain today. Since opening it's doors it has grown into the largest kosher poultry plant on the Eastern Seaboard with over 250 employees. Daily production increased up to 40,000 chickens per day. KJ Poultry is a community owned and operated business, with a mission of producing kosher poultry and meat products with high standards.
