The RZSA (Royal Zoological Society of Antwerp or KMDA in dutch) is a society, founded in 1843 and is responsible for four institutions: Antwerp Zoo, Planckendael, Serpentarium and the Elisabeth Center Antwerp. In addition the RZSA controls the “De Zegge” nature reserve in Geel. The RZSA has nearly 2 million visitors per year and is therefore the largest tourist attraction in Belgium, as well as playing a prominent role at world level in scientific research and conservation. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- KMDA streeft ernaar om mensen te verwonderen. KMDA is beheerder van het natuurreservaat De Zegge in Geel en is met meer dan 2 miljoen bezoekers per jaar de grootste speler op het toeristische veld in België.
