KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation is a Dutch nonprofit focused on ending TB, the leading infectious disease killer. Its team includes clinicians, epidemiologists, data specialists, trainers and advocates with expertise across TB care and prevention. Founded in 1903 as a civil society response to the TB epidemic, the organization now operates internationally, aligning with national governments and collaborating with technical and private-sector partners at global and country levels. It combines evidence generation, technical support, policy development and advocacy to help countries adopt, evaluate and scale new tools and strategies, addressing determinants of success such as health financing, stigma reduction, human resource management and digital solutions. The organization serves national TB programs, policymakers and partners across public and private sectors, aiming to improve care delivery and outcomes for people affected by TB and TB infection. Based in The Hague, South Holland, it is a mid-sized NGO with global reach, and a notable recent development includes a partnership with the World Health Organization to organize a capacity-building workshop in Hanoi, Vietnam, from April 1–4, 2025.
