❤️ Founded in 2007, our mission is to help people experiencing the effects of chemo by providing handmade gifts of love, connection, and warmth. We expanded this mission in 2013 to include tiny blankets for neonatal babies in ICU incubators.

❤️ All Knots of Love beanies & tiny blankets are made by hand and given away 100% FREE.

❤️ Knots of Love has gifted over half a million lovingly handmade creations in over 16 years!

❤️ Knots of Love currently provide over 4,000 beanies and blankets per month.

❤️ Knots of Love creations provide love and connection: We see it in the thank you notes, and letters from recipients of our gifts -- what recipients of these beautiful gifts appreciate most is the fact that someone they've never met gave their time and love in a compassionate act of human kindness to support them on their journey -- thus creating the most priceless things we have in this life, human connection and love.

❤️ Studies show that acts of kindness help the giver AND the receiver. The Knots of Love organization equally helps those making the beanies and blankets and, as it does, the people who receive them and their loved ones.

❤️ Many cancer survivors have joined the Knots of Love maker family and contribute beanies and blankets to our organization to this day!

❤️ Knots of Love's work has garnered many honors and awards, such as; People Magazine All-Stars Among Us - Including Honors from 5 Living Presidents (this video), The American Cancer Society, Special Recognition from The U.S. Congress House of Representatives, Humanitarian of the Year Award from Women's Cancer Research Foundation, The Mayors Award (Costa Mesa), and many more.

❤️ 15,000 dedicated, loving, and compassionate volunteers donate their time, talent, and yarn by hand-making beanies and tiny blankets through the art of knitting and crochet.
