KIPP provides threat, intelligence, and Homeland Security training services and is an existing vendor of Terrorism Liaison Officer (TLO) courses and Fusion Liaison Officer (FLO) for Fusion Centers such as the Austin Regional Intelligence Center (ARIC), Washington State Fusion Center (WSFC), Nevada Threat Analysis Center (NTAC), Southern Nevada Counter Terrorism Center (SNCTC), Central California Intelligence Center (CCIC), Idaho Criminal Intelligence Center (IC2), Orange County Intelligence Assessment Center (OCIAC), Northern California Regional Intelligence Center (NCRIC), Joint Regional Intelligence Center (JRIC), Montana All Threat Intelligence Center (MATIC), and Northern Nevada Counter Terrorism Center (NNCTC).  

KIPP’s instructors have trained Terrorism Liaison Officers (i.e., TLOs, the largest version of FLOs nationwide) in California, Idaho, Texas, Nevada, Montana, Washington State, Utah and Connecticut, and are the largest source of truly expert instructors and instruction for the TLO program in the country.
