Knowledge Economic City (KEC) is an urban development project in Madinah. Established in June 2006 through the vision of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, KEC is a hub for industry, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Our goal is to enhance quality of life, attract global talent, and encourage investment, supporting Saudi Vision 2030.

To develop and manage a dynamic environment that enhances quality of life and delivers strong ROI, positioning Saudi Arabia as a global leader in development. Spanning 6.8 million sqm, KEC will accommodate 200,000 residents and 42,000 hotel keys upon completion.

Our Projects
We are driving development in Madinah through diverse projects, from neighborhoods like Al Alyaa and Dar Aljewar to shopping destinations such as Multaqa Almadinah and Madinah Gate, also hosting international hotels. These projects shape the future of living and tourism in Madinah, making KEC an integrated hub for residence, hospitality, and growth.

مدينة المعرفة الاقتصادية (KEC) هي مشروع تطوير حضري في قلب المدينة المنورة. أُنشئ برؤية من خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك عبد الله بن عبد العزيز، وتم إطلاقه في يونيو 2006 ليكون مركزًا نابضًا بالصناعات والابتكار وريادة الأعمال. غايتنا هي تعزيز جودة الحياة في المدينة، وجذب الكفاءات العالمية، وتحفيز الاستثمار، لنكون جزءًا فعالًا من رؤية السعودية 2030.

تطوير وإدارة بيئة حضرية مصممة للإنسان، وتحقيق عوائد قوية للمساهمين من خلال مشاريع متنوعة في شتى القطاعات، لنضع المملكة العربية السعودية في موقع ريادي على مستوى العالم في القطاع التطويري. مساحة المشروع تقدر بـ6.8 مليون متر مربع، ومتوقع أن يحوي 200 ألف ساكن و42 ألف مفتاح فندقي عند اكتماله.
