KOV Foods (stands for kosher organic vegan) was started a few years ago outside of Philadelphia. KOV has original products that will be added to the first in product in this kosher organic vegan food line to be brought to market... KOV non-dairy creamy frozen dessert  that is of course kosher organic and vegan, agave sweetened, allergy sensitive (gluten -free, no peanut, no corn, no processed sugar, no dairy and no casein, no soy, etc.) of which I have over 20 new flavors waiting to launch.
KOV has developed an eggless soy free 'egg' salad made with vegan soy free mayo, vegan melty soy free cheese that I use in many favorite recipes including broc.and 'cheese' topped twice baked potatoes and gourmet mac and 'cheese' made with locally grown organic kale, collards and fresh ginger...
KOV has desserts, savory foods and snacks like vegan soy free  'cheese' cake with fair trade chocolate gluten free crumb crust , non dairy soy free ranch and 'yogurt' cucumber dill dressings, gluten free 'cheese' crackers, vegan spreads, 'tuna' ish salad, vegan burgers (mushroom and olive, 'cheesey' non cheese burgers, etc.) that are soy and gluten free of course...the list goes on and on. KOV Foods support happy and healthy eating and so many people enjoy life!
