Founded by Uwe Kramer in 1992, Kramer & Crew is the IT Director of Digital Transformation.
As such, we assume responsibility for managing complex IT productions,
offering a complete service portfolio – ranging from consulting and conception to
migration, service and operations to user training through our certified Implementation Manager.

of certified business consultants and engineers with extensive project experience. They

regulations.

Crew ServiceBox – proactive real-time monitoring
With CrewSupport and/or the CrewOperations of the applications and their digital IT
infrastructure, our customers profit//benefit from the exclusive features of our proactive
real-time monitoring, integrated in our proprietarily developed Crew Service-Box.
With highly automated processes, we currently monitor about 600,000* operating
parameters – from the basic infrastructure to SAP HANA platforms – via our Crew
ServiceDesk. Our Crew works in accordance with the certified quality management
guidelines of DIN ISO 9001:2015 and the Information Management 27001 guidelines
as certified by TÜV-Rheinland.
